Volume and tonnage for conical (stationary), radial kidney, and longitudinal (tripper / traveling) piles — all from the material angle of repose.

Retaining Walls

Model piles against 1 or 2 walls (half / quarter cone) and 3-sided bays/bunkers with talus geometry struck at wall height.

Bulk Material Catalogue

Aggregates, salt, fertilizers, coal & pet coke, dolomite, limestone, iron ore — loose bulk density and angle of repose, editable per product.

Flow Diagram Builder

Drag conveyors, feeders, stackers, trippers, diverters, garners, samplers, and loadouts onto a canvas and interconnect them.

CEMA Belt Capacity

Each conveyor sizes carrying capacity (Q = 60·A·V·ρ/2000) from belt width, speed, trough angle, and material — with a design derate.

Auto Conveyor Schedule

The conveyor data table generates live from the diagram, flagging any belt whose routed flow exceeds its rated capacity.

Flow Routing & Validation

Sources emit design rates; diverters route to the active leg; merges sum. Over-capacity belts are highlighted end-to-end.

Engineering Reports

Printable stockpile and conveyor-system reports with step-by-step equations, references, and a capacity-vs-demand check.
